Our team will confirm your request and respond as quickly as possible — usually within 48 hours.Are utilities included in the rent?
It depends on the property. Each listing clearly states which utilities are included — such as heating, hot water, or electricity.
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can view available listings directly on our website and submit your application online.
Our leasing team will review your information and contact you to schedule a visit or confirm the next steps.Can I hang things on the wall?
We encourage you to personalize your home and space to fit you! Please limit the number of nails used in the walls and look to use damage proof strips such as 3M Command Picture Hanging strips.
What information do I need for an application to lease a unit?
In order to apply for a unit, you will need to provide the following to your Customer Care Coordinator:
- Last month of rent, paid as a deposit (payable by Certified Check, or Money Order)
- Two pieces of photo identification
- Proof of income
- Crime-free certification (if applicable to unit)
- A guarantor may be required
- Application to Lease form filled out, front and back, by all applicants (including, if necessary, the guarantor)
